A number of people have expressed willingness to participate and/or write documents. It would be really, really helpful if one or more of you could write a draft or two describing proposals for an extensions registry. Having a couple of documents to choose from might make the chartering process a little easier. Something like RFC 5797 (http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5797) could provide a useful template.
