Hi All,
I've started to put together the preliminary agenda for the subject joint
session.  See:

If you need a slot and haven't requested one, please send me the
particulars as soon as possible.
If you have requested a slot, please ensure it is accurately reflected in
the preliminary agenda above.

Note due to time constraints the requested slots or durations may change at
the discretion of the Chairs.
