Dear WG,

as a co-author I obviously say ADOPT.

Many years ago great work has been done by the PALS and PWE3 working group in defining TDM pseudo wires (RFC4553, RFC4842, …). This draft is addressing new emulation requirements that have come up as network operators are (again) trying to consolidate network resources and optimise how services are delivered in leveraging the massive advances in silicon technology that make IP/MPLS the most scalable and efficient electrical “switching” technology right now.
