TCP offload

Has anyone got any experience with TCP offload using
IXP28xxx, and also how tejas can help wrt the code required
for this purpose.

Tejas sales is claiming that they can go upto 4Gbps TOE using
50% utilization of the NPU leaving computing power for iscsi or
other Applications.

I would like to get a feel of some real numbers from experience.
