RDMAP specification - no interaction with ULP specified in clause 5.2 with reception of terminate

I believe this is just an editorial issue:

When a terminate message is received at a remote peer, the terminate
message must be delivered to the RDMAP layer which must deliver it to
the ULP (clause 7.4). However in clause 5.2 (RDMPA Interactions with the
ULP) there is no mention of any exchange between the RDMAP layer and the
ULP upon reception of a terminate message.

Suggest adding a paragraph in clause 5.2 covering ULP interaction on
reception of terminate.
