Broadcom IPR in MPA

That notice does not meet the requirements of RFC 3668, specifically:

6.4.1.  The disclosure must list the numbers of any issued patents or
   published patent applications or indicate that the claim is based on
   unpublished patent applications.

Also, anyone who knows of any other IPR in any RDDP WG
draft should disclose it ASAP - see RFC 3668 Section 6
and http://www.ietf.org/ipr.html .
