As promised, the Broadcom IPR notices for the MPA
and DDP drafts have appeared - they're linked near
the bottom of: http://www.ietf.org/ipr.html .
I believe Broadcom is doing the proverbial "right
thing" here - this sets a good example for anyone else
who has any potential IPR claims on RDDP drafts to follow.
