No Vancouver meeting

The RDDP WG will NOT meet in Vancouver (Nov. 6-11), as
there will be nothing to discuss.

All of the WG's drafts will be in or beyond Publication
Requested state or beyond by then.  Any technical issues
that arise from AD or IESG review will be handled on the
mailing list.
