Applicability draft has been revised and is ready to go.
Security draft revision is still in progress - the biggest
work item is reorganization to separate (to the extent
possible) protocol security concerns and countermeasures
from local system (RNIC) implementation security concerns
and countermeasures.  Current target for this revision
is early Feb.
