RDDP Draft update

Expect to see an IETF Last Call on the Applicability and
Security drafts early next week (needed because the Security
draft is intended to be a Proposed Standard RFC).  Jon
Peterson (our current AD) will continue to be responsible
for shepherding these two drafts through the IESG but the
protocol drafts (RDMAP, DDP, MPA, RDDP-SCTP) will be reviewed
by (and be the responsibility of) the new Transport Area
Directors.
