No rddp San Diego meeting

There are no drafts currently in the RDDP WG - I continue
to work with the draft authors on moving our drafts through
to IESG approval.  Hence there will be no RDDP WG meeting
during the 5-10 November 2006 IETF meetings in San Diego.
