request for IESG consideration of RAQMON drafts

Hi Bert,

The RMONMIB WG has completed work on the Real-time Application
Quality of Service Monitoring (RAQMON) documents.  This includes:

  - Real-time Application Quality of Service Monitoring (RAQMON) Framework
    <draft-ietf-rmonmib-raqmon-framework-11.txt>

  - Transport Mappings for Real-time Application Quality of Service
    Monitoring (RAQMON) Protocol Data Unit (PDU)
    <draft-ietf-rmonmib-raqmon-pdu-10.txt>

  - Real-time Application Quality of Service Monitoring (RAQMON) MIB
    <draft-ietf-rmonmib-raqmon-mib-08.txt>

The RMONMIB WG requests that the IESG consider these documents for
standards track publication as Proposed Standards.

I would like to thank the WG, the authors, and especially Dan Romascanu,
for all the hard work that went into these drafts.
