In answer to the WGLC for the RAQMON Internet-Drafts,
Hewlett Packard has worked with Avaya to integrate software
products in this arena to the benefit of both parties.

HP is aware of the close approval of the RAQMON standard
and have been in close discussions for some time with Avaya for the 
purpose of providing VoIP monitoring built upon this standard.

HP believes RAQMON can be complementary to many of HP's 
Network and Service Provider software solutions.  HP is actively
considering RAQMON implementations at this time.
