End: 1 week WGLC: RFC 2613 (SMON-MIB) Advancement

Hi,

The RMONMIB WG is proposing to advance RFC 2613 from
Proposed Standard status to Draft Standard status.  The WGLC
for SMON-MIB advancement has concluded without comment.
The proto form will be sent to the AD for further consideration.
