End 2 week WGLC: draft-ietf-rmonmib-raqmon-13.txt

Hi,

The WG Last Call for the RAQMON PDU document has concluded.
The only comments were from Bert Wijnen.

I think the only edit needed is a typo which can be handled with
this RFC Editor note:

OLD:

   For the usage of TCP, TLS MUST be used to provide transport layer
   security.  Section 7.1 describes the usage of RAQMON with TLS.

NEW:

   For the usage of TCP, TLS MUST be used to provide transport layer
   security.  Section 6.1 describes the usage of RAQMON with TLS.

I wanted to have a WGLC because a lot of text was added
as a result of the security review.

David, please put the RAQMON PDU document on the IESG Telechat
agenda ASAP, and have the IESG review the changes.
