RFC 5170/LDPC-*: pointers to slides presented during IETF 72

Dear RMTers,

Since few people had the opportunity to attend the IETF'72 RMT meeting,
here is a link to the slides I presented.

In particular it provides an executive summary of our (excellent) recent
results, several recommendations on how to use these codes, and pointers
for additional information. It therefore complements the RFC.
