Sorry, bad term.  I meant enabling the use of the CRTP scheme within  
the ROHC framework, so we can use ROHC-over-X standards (like ROHC- 
over-802) to solve the more general HC-over-X problem (with the the  
CRTP/2507 family being the only viable remaining pre-ROHC HC), as  
opposed to introducing RFC4901-style multiplexing points and attendant  
inefficiencies.
