What happens if the registration life sent by a PE in the REGISTRATION message expires due to the inability to communicate with the namespace?

According to the drafts the PE is removed from the namespace by the home ENRP server by sending a PEER_NAME_UPDATE. But the PE has no way to know it has been deregistered from the namespace since there are no threshold of attempts like MAX-REG-ATTEMPTS as used in the registration procedure or a timer called T8-Registrationlife that expires to signal the PE was removed from the namespace. So the PE's ASAP layer would continue attempting deregistration.

I believe a timer for the registration life should be added.

Another small change: The ASAP draft section 3.2 occurrence of REGISTRATION_RESPONSE should be DEREGISTRATION_RESPONSE.
