Suggested change to T1-ENRPrequest Timer Expiration procedure

There is no SERVER_HUNT message. 

So the sentence "In parallel, a SERVER_HUNT message should be issued per section 3.6" should probably be "In parallel, the server hunt procedure should be started as outlined in Section 3.6" 

And

"Note that if an alternate ENRP server responds the ASAP endpoint SHOULD adopt ..." to "Note that if an association or connection is established with an alternate ERNP server the ASAP endpoint SHOULD adopt ..."
