Yes, it is unfortunate, I wished the documents where in such shape that
we could publish them. But I think it is to confusing as currently
written. My general suggestion would be to try to clarify the different
roles that exist when using the protocol and that way clarify how things
work. That way adding that, we can avoid needing to restructure the
whole document.

Regarding the protocol overlap, I hope you can move the text and then
use a "When ASAP has resulted in updating xxxx in the database, then the
following needs be performed in ENRP" typ of formulation instead.
