[saag] RATS Report

Greetings!

RATS has 2 sessions at IETF124, one held yesterday in the last session of
the day and one today at 11:30.

The documents in the agenda were all covered. The key points for the
meeting included:

   - Participants are to increase reviews in order to wrap up documents
   that are close to finished.
   - No new documents will be adopted until we clear out documents.
   - There may be a draft that Updates core documents for missing security
   considerations.
   - A template is being explored to ensure thorough security
   considerations for all future documents, similar to what is done for YANG
   to assist working group participants.

We are hoping to put a number of drafts into WGLC and IETF last call before
the next meeting cycle, one at a time.
