What "resources" are you talking about? Web site space? People to copy documents over? Are you looking for a forprofit or NonProfit status?

Does someone have the resources to replicate NIST web data and documents? If so, do review their copyright as it was intentionally generous last I looked.
It would be a great resource to maintain just in case that’s needed.
NSA publications are helpful too, I have not looked at their copyright. The joint work with industry in particular would be good to have accessible.
Karen Scarfone has made the security documents available in past shutdowns.
