What for? If a WG wants to set up a registry outlawing specifications that are captured in Internet-Drafts or that have been written on a Tuesday or in British English or whatever weird criteria the WG wants, that is fine. Declaring this a somehow unsolved issue with a dangling sword hanging above you serves no purpose.
