Review comments for the https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-tulshibagwale-saag-pushpull-delivery/ specification:

  *   Figure 1:
     *   Typo: The second set in "sets" is missing the signature part
  *   Section 9:
     *   This section is a little confusing regarding the Transceiver responsibility. The first two bullets are about getting an acknowledgement (positive or negative) about the delivery of a SET. The third bullet is about retrying the attempt of delivering a SET. It is not clear how/when the Transceiver should retry a delivery because the acknowledgement is asynchronous. There need to be a clearer definition on how long a Transceiver should wait for acknowledgement until it retries sending a set.
     *    The language in the third bullet allows for "maximum number of times" of one, which makes the role of the Transceiver trivial (as it only needs to send a SET once and it doesn't need to care about any acknowledgement). I believe it is fine to allow one as a maximum number of times, but it may be better to change the MUST in "A Transceiver MUST attempt to deliver any SETs" to SHOULD to match the one in section 9.1
  *   Section 10.1:
     *    The second bullet mandates that a Receiver MUST support acknowledgement of SET delivery. This acknowledgement is not present in the existing single PUSH spec and it may be better to use MAY or SHOULD here to allow for a simpler evolution from the single PUSH
  *   General consideration:
     *   My understanding is that the pushpull specification is intended to be used together with the Shared Signals Framework spec. The SSF spec defines the use of event streams to deliver SETs, and it clearly defines how the event streams are configured to use the existing PUSH and POLL delivery methods. It is not clear to me how the event streams in the transmitter and the receiver will be configured to use the pushpoll specification as a single connection is done on behalf of two event streams
