The HPKE WG did not meet this meeting. The work we are chartered to do is in WGLC and while there have been a few minor issues raised, none of these justified the contention that a meeting would have added (the secretariat were most pleased). We are dependent on the CFRG, where hybrid PQ/T KEMs are being discussed.
