[saag] SSH WG summary

SSHM met at IETF123 and discussed ongoing WG draft status.
We have a number of documenting-deployed-things drafts for
which calls for adoption will likely be issued soon. We
also have a number of PQ related drafts (e.g. pure ML-KEM)
that don't clearly clear the charter requirement that for
now we document things that are widely implemented and/or
deployed. We'll keep an eye on those and may get around to
calls for adoption later. (In the meantime, codepoints can
be request if needed by the authors of those drafts.)

Cheers,
S.
