I included some use cases in the letter to iesg. But maybe they were dismissed because I was not a member of any IETF groups…

More likely they just ignored it figuring (a) someone else would handle it; and (b) since it wasn’t a draft, it’s not “real”

I forgot to add that the IETF does not work well with general open discussion., You have to have a GOAL in mind, like forming a working group, having a BoF, etc.  That often requires digging around to find out how the IETF works.
