There are several. None is authoritative, and often they are missing
OIDs.
OIDs are very much DNS-like, and should be resolvable via DNS. IIRC
someone patented that long ago, which is one reason we don't have a
DNS-based method of resolving OIDs. Maybe the patent is expired by now?
