More editorial suggestions [Was: Re: draft-ietf-sacred-protocol-bss-04.txt]

Stephen, just a few more editorial suggestions:

-Section 2.2.1, penultimate paragraph: Replace: "The server MUST replace
 this with the current time ..." with: "The server replaces the provided
 LastModified value with the current time..." (and remove "however").

 Reason: "this" is a bit unclear and a remnant of earlier text which
 has been deleted.

-Appendix A: Remove the <!-- DOCTYPE ...> comment. Reason: This is a
 pure schema listing, there's no need to clutter it with the DOCTYPE
 elements. C.f. XKMS, XBULK, SAML, etc.

-Arrange references in alphabetical order
