hi. i tried to read the exchange between stephen and bill and couldn't quite
figure out who was saying what about tuning.

bill - is there some specific text that you find problematic? if so, could you
please quote it verbatim in a reply along with an explanation as to what the
problem is? then perhaps i can suggest an alternative wording.
