Folks,

This and the new framework draft contain a few minor edits
for issues that were raised in the IESG review process
(so far anyway). Let us know if there're any problems,
though I really don't expect any.

Next step hopefully is to join the rfc editor's queue,
whenever the IESG get back to considering these (which
takes an unknowable amount of time;-)
