Folks,

I just posted a bunch of CTP issues to the mailing list for comment. These
issues were culled from the Web page, and represent the technical issues for
which no solution has yet been proposed. I did not post any editorial issues
or technical issues for which text has been proposed or which have been
resolved.

Please send comments if you have any.
