Hello, I'm a new user of ML I read the seamoby draft about Mobility on IPv4, and I saw that You have to use a metric about QoS, bandwith, etc etc. Now, if I would misure the metric, which parameters Have I to Consider? Is there a formula or something such this to select parametres corretly? Many Thanx Ivano
