CARD protocol draft updated and submitted

Hi all,

the CARD protocol draft has been updated and submitted.
You can also have immediate access to the draft version 04
through the following link:

The update has the proposed mechanisms to solve the
remaining issues on the protocol incorporated,
following the mail, which has been sent to the list
on the 18th Sept.
