CTP Draft will be published!!!!!!

Folks,

This means that the Seamoby CTP draft will be published!!!!!! Hooray!!!

We are close to finishing our charter, at which point we can shut down the
Working Group.

All we need to do is finish the CARD draft. Marco is currently on vacation
and has asked for some time to be able to review the CARD draft before
resubmitting it to the IESG. If anybody else has comments, please send them.
