Closing Seamoby

Folks,

With the CARD draft, CTP draft, and IANA draft all approved for publication,
Seamoby has finished its charter. It has been a long, difficult struggle,
but I believe we can now pat ourselves on the back for completing the job,
pack up, and close the Working Group. To that end, I'll be sending an email
to the IESG later this week requesting that Seamoby be closed and the
mailing list be discontinued. Thanx to all those who contributed at various
stages of the Seamoby process.

Further discussion on the Seamoby protocols will take place in the MOBOPTS
IRTF Research Group.
