Pre-authentication draft posted

I've just posted the draft as:

Hopefully this is still getting to the list, if replying could you please CC
me directly (as well as the list) just in case there's further problems with
our mail system.

Also, is the list archived anywhere?  I've looked before but been unable to
find any archives, and the Majordomo server doesn't seem to know it exists.
