Starting the imc-sfl mailing list

Greetings. As you know, this mailing list is for discussing the S/MIME
Freeware Library from Van Dyke and Associates. If you're on this list,
you've probably downloaded the Word files from <http://www.imc.org/imc-sfl/>.

So, feel free to make comments. The list is open to any kind of discussion
of the library.
