memory leak in SMTI_VerifyRSA

I think there is a memory leak associated with the two variables, palgoid 
and pdigoid, in the CSM_Free3::SMTI_VerifyRSA function. It happens because 
the following lines return newly allocated memory that is not delete later 
on:
   palgoid = pSignatureAlg->GetId();
   pdigoid = pDigestAlg->GetId();

Can someone verify this for me?
