Test Environment Documentation request

thanks for helping out with the build problems; with your help
I managed to create the necessary libs/dlls.
In order to proceed with the test environment, I wonder whether there is a
document describing the test environment:
- user of Logins
- format of certificates, private keys (address books)
- directory structures needed (private.d subdirectories ...)
- all possible parameters inside a .cfg file
I did not find any documentation on that ? Is there any ? (sfl_std.doc is
not
a candidate for this)
