CSM_AppLogin vs. CSMIME

Hi,

I have to choose between using CSM_AppLogin or CSMIME, but i don't
understand what is the subtility between these two class.

I know that CSM_AppLogin load DLLs dynamicaly but i don't know why i will
have to use CSM_AppLogin instead of CSMIME.

Can you clarify this subtility for me ???   Exemple  ????
