We just sent the following message to Vadim.  If anybody else would like a
copy of the SNACC ASN.1 software without the SCCS directories, please let me
know.  Please note that this is the same SNACC ASN.1 source code available
at http://www.jgvandyke.com/services/infosec/sfl.htm.
