SignerInfo Problem

We have succesfully run the test application SMP_Check and observed that
the SignerInfos and DigestAlgorithmIdentifier fields do not occur in the
content of TMPFirstSignedDataBinary.dat (tag exists but the length is 0.
=> 0x3100)

What might be the problem?
