It may be relavent for IPSP-like behavior for certain use cases, e.g. if
both SGs are in IP domain and contolling certain SPMCs directly.

What I said regarding IPSP functionality is that DE-IPSP is functionaly
equivalent to two ASP/SGP relationships coupled together and thus can be
modelled as ASPF+SGPF.
