Again, in practice they don't.  SCCP relay points are normally interior
to a network, not at the edge.

So in M3UA what is an SGP with no SS7 interface?  An IPSP that supports
relaying?

That's why we called it AMF instead of GTT.  But AMF serves the same role as
GTT and GTT can in fact be the implementation of the AMF.
