There is a 1:1 relationship between a Routing Context value and a
traffic flow, corresponding to a Routing Key, within an association
between two Signalling Processes. The scope of uniqueness for Routing
Context values is limited by  the association between two Signalling
Processes. The RC values may be assigned independently for any two
associations hold by a Signalling Process.


Is this OK with everybody on SIGTRAN list? Does anybody have objections?
