  You didn't understand my question. You refer to section 4.5.1. which is related to handling of SSNM messages at SGP. I asked about N_STATE_request (not N_STATE_indication) which is supposed to be sent from SCCP-user at ASP to SCCP at SGP.
   
  I would appreciate answer to my questions with YES or NO.
