[TOLGA]Let me play the devil's advocate: Why should it be? Didn't ASP
already indicated its interest for this traffic range with the first
ASPAC/ASPAC-ACK exchange? Why should it matter from ASP point of view,
whether this traffic is coming from SGP1 or SGP2?
