Please help me regarding Automatis TEI management procedures in IUA

Hi All
I am working on IUA rfc4233 and rfc3057 version.
Please provide me the Auto TEI generation techniques details.
1. Are the number of TEIs are assigned to the BChannels present in the DChannel will have multiple TEIs as per its BChannel count?
The number of BChannels present are 2 for BRI type and 23 for USA PRI type and 30 for EUROPE PRI type. These TEIs are assigned to the ASP from SG using TEI Status Indication.
2. Do we have to send as many unique TEIs in separate Indication messages?
3. If the Dchannel has additional IID value then do we need to used another set of Indication messages of additional IIDs?
4. When the SG should start the TEI assignment procedures?
5. When the ASP will initiate the TEI rquest procedures?
