Dynamic TEIs are assigned by SG upon ID_REQUEST
messages from subscriber. ASP is only informed about
this assignment by the TEIStatus.Ind messages.

There is no relation with the b-channels and TEIs
assigned. You can have much more TEIs then the number
of b-channels.

TEIStatus messages are for only a single TEI. A
message cannot carry information for multiple TEIs.

AFAIK, ASP does not initiate the TEI Request
procedure, but the subsciber does for p2mp
configuration. ASP is only notified about the
assignment/removal, and can request the state of the
TEIs. All is managed by the SG.
